A special weather statement has been issued by Environment Canada for Windsor and Essex County, where temperatures are expected to “go up and down like a roller coaster.”
“A big change is coming as winter clashes again with spring. Showers, accompanied by occasional wind gusts up to 85 km/h, are moving in from Southwestern Ontario,” warned the national forecaster in a bulletin issued at 9:18 a.m. Monday. “This will herald an end to the first taste of almost summerlike weather across the regions.”
