I am sorry, Philippa Von Ziegenweidt, but 1,121 signatures out of a population of 216,473 (city) and 395,614 (city and Essex County) does not, in my opinion, constitute a reason to “press the restart button”.
Does she not realize the majority of individuals in Windsor and Essex County are quite happy with the plan and site selection that has been proposed to the province at this time?
