Recycling collection in several municipalities across Essex County may be delayed due to Wednesday’s storms and tornado, says the Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority.
Residents are being asked to put their recycle boxes out at the curb on their regularly scheduled day, but to expect some possible delays in pickup.
If collection does not occur as expected, “we ask that residents leave their boxes out, collection will be completed on the next day,” the waste authority said.
