Nearly 40,000 residents in Windsor and Essex County were left in the dark Monday afternoon.
Hydro One said it lost power to stations on Lauzon Road and Kingsville around 1 p.m.
The outage affected 16,500 Enwin customers and 22,734 Hydro One customers. Customers with ELK Energy Inc. and Entegrus were also affected by the outage.
Hydro One said the stations were restored by 1:50 p.m.
The cause of the outage has not been identified.
