Students from Dougall Public School made a colourful expression of their feelings about living in peace, on Wednesday, Sept. 21 in Windsor. It was the International Day of Peace as designated by the United Nations. Working with members of Rotarians from Club 1918, students in Grades 4, 5 and 6 created pinwheels. Millions of students throughout the world have created Pinwheels for Peace as a symbol for the special day. Students are shown with their pinwheels.
