A section of EC Row Ave. E. was shut down for over an hour on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, after a mutli-vehicle collision. Three vehicles and a school bus were involved in the crash just west of Devon Dr. in Windsor, ON. The accident occurred at approximately 4:30 p.m. No kids were on the bus and injuries were minor to motorists involved.
