A man who left large puddles of his blood on a Leamington sidewalk is refusing to tell police what happened.
Essex County OPP taped off a section of Leamington’s downtown core early Friday after blood spatters were discovered along the north side of Talbot Street.
Police said Friday afternoon they were still trying to piece together what happened because the man wasn’t cooperating with investigators.
