Fire crews in Essex doused a blaze ignited in a barn on County Road 20 early Saturday morning.
Firefighters responded to the blaze in the 2800 block of County Road 20 around 9 a.m. and had it under control shortly upon arrival.
Essex Fire & Rescue said the cause of the blaze was accidental and estimated damage was about $2,000.
Nobody was injured in the fire.
