Two people were taken to hospital after a head-on collision between a tractor-trailer and a snowplow in Lakeshore Tuesday evening.
The OPP were called to County Road 42 east of Essex County Road 22 at around 4:45 p.m.
An orange International Essex County snowplow and a white International tractor trailer collided head on and both drivers were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Essex County Road 42 between Essex County Road 22 and Lakeshore Road 123 was closed for several hours but reopened later Tuesday night.
Essex Windsor Emergency Medical Services and Lakeshore Fire Department also attended the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
