Three men are facing charges in relation to a road rage incident in which one of them allegedly brandished a firearm, say Kingsville OPP.
The incident happened on Highway 3 in the Kingsville area on Sept. 8 around 2 p.m.
According to police, two vehicles were involved in a dispute on the roadway. Both drivers pulled over to argue about it.
In the midst of the discussion, a male occupant of one of the vehicles reportedly drew a firearm and pointed it at two males from the other vehicle.
The suspect vehicle left the scene, but OPP located it travelling on County Road 19 (Manning Road).
Police conducted a vehicle stop. The vehicle had three occupants, all three of whom were arrested.
The following men are due to appear in court on charges related to firearm and Criminal Code offences: David McComb, 25, of Thorold; Michael Pereira, 40, of Windsor; and Ronald Antaya, 22, of Windsor.
OPP said their investigation continues.
