Kingsville OPP have charged a 27-year-old male who was behind the wheel of a vehicle that rolled over after leaving Highway 3 on Thursday morning.
The single-vehicle accident happened between Cameron Side Road and Marsh Road shortly before 6:30 a.m.
Provincial police, paramedics, and the Kingsville Fire Department responded. The eastbound lanes of the section of Highway 3 had to be closed for about an hour while the scene was investigated and the vehicle was removed.
The driver — who was alone in the vehicle at the time — was not hurt. He faces a charge of careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
Highway 3 where the accident occurred is a straight two-lane road with a posted speed limit of 80 km/h.
