The two occupants of the vehicle that went into Colchester Harbour on Tuesday have died, say police.
Essex County OPP said the deceased were a man and a woman, identified as 56-year-old Bing Chen and 33-year-old Yan Li — both Windsor residents.
Both people succumbed to injuries in hospital.
The circumstances of their deaths remain under investigation by the Essex County OPP crime unit.

The vehicle was removed from the freezing waters of Colchester Harbour around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
OPP, Essex-Windsor EMS, firefighters from Essex and Kingsville, and a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter all responded to the incident.
According to investigators, the vehicle entered the water via a boat launch ramp.
A towing service was required to remove the vehicle from the water.
