OPP have arrested a man after he allegedly swung a pool cue and threatened the owner of a Leamington bar early Saturday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Talbot Street West around 1 a.m. Saturday.
Police said they discovered a man swinging a pool cue and threatening one of the owners of the establishment when they arrived on scene.
Elias Chavira-Gonzalez, 46, of Leamington was arrested and charged with two counts of uttering threats to cause bodily harm or death, theft under $5,000, mischief under $5,000 and breach of recognizance.
Chavira-Gonzalez was taken to a bail hearing and will appear in court at a later date.
